CIM ReCall is a separate,

CIM ReCall
records the first 10 minutes of all calls coming in through CIMTrak.
These calls can be retrieved in less than a minute after the call is
made. All recordings are kept in the database for 14 days and then
discarded. Calls are retrieved by clicking the speaker icon to the
left of the row where the call appears on the Web "Call
Detail" or "Daily Lead" reports.
